Highest efficiency and accuracy

When external broaching the determined profile by the tools is predominantly machined by a linear relative movement of the tools to the component since the components have to be fixed in appropriate and in most cases complex fixtures. Because of their complex form external broaching tools are predominantly consisting of several segments, screwed or clamped in broach holders. Even complete outside surfaces can be produced by external broaching. This is called pot broaching.
